Galatians

As many of you know, I’m writing a verse-by-verse Bible study on the book of Galatians for Zondervan publishers. And I’d love your help coming up with a great title for the book. This Bible study is pretty unique because it examines Galatians from an apologetic perspective. Meaning that it focuses on the theological themes in Paul’s letter that form the foundation of Christian truth claims. And it looks at the ways those themes can be applied to today to defend our faith from false theologies. In his letter to the Galatians, Paul builds a tremendous case against the false teachers who were leading the believers in Galatia astray by teaching that works of the law were required to be justified before God. And the apostle cautions his readers against extremes on both ends of the theological spectrum; the lawless antinomianism on the left, graceless legalism on the right.
